Watching while at the gym (sorry I don't have a link). Father is obviously VERY emotional, yet still has a clue! Talking about holding parents accountable, and that stricter gun laws will do nothing, comparing Chicago's strict gun laws with the still high gun violence. Will post a link as soon as I can find one.

Nice to hear that perspective from someone who is actually apart of the tragedy and not just on an agenda

Here is the link. I didn't actually get to watch the whole video until now, and it was in subtitles while I was at the gym. Definite tear jerker watching this man try and keep his composure, but he's on the right track with things.

If memory serves me right a father of a student killed at Columbine did the same type of presentation.
I just saw a segment on fox.. The dad got a standing ovation after he finished
That's heart-wrenching to watch. He makes sense, is calm, and brave...and I fear he will be ignored by the legislature.
Brave man, heart breaking to watch.

That was very difficult to watch and I have to commend him for being reasonable after such a tragic event. I can't imagine going through that.
Good on him to stay rational in such an emotional turmoil. That man has character.
In the analysis following, some Julie Roginsky comes in at 6:50 starts going into wanting more gun laws and states the majority of NRA members want universal background checks....where is she getting that BS?
I've had to pause that several times now, and distract myself, not even half way through...
Thinking about the pain those parents are still suffering through, and thinking of my own children, tears me up inside.
However, he's spot on. No new gun control will reduce the bad things that evil people do to each other when there is no civility in our society.

Oh, the video. Found another link here; http://video.foxnews.com/v/2124999428001/father-of-sandy-hook-victim-speaks-out-on-gun-violence/
Very moving to hear him speak. He showed some very logical moving common sense.
Of course there is no other network news airing it...........................
Allergy season is coming around a little bit early this year it seems. Good for him. Too bad it will fall on deaf ears.
