Israeli Military Industries, Tel Aviv, Israel is what keeps coming up when I search for it. I know that they use TA TZ and TZZ for a while switching over some time around 1977. But there is not any list of ammo that they specifically made for export. Probably 7.62 NATO if I had to guess.

Is there a market or these? Or I'm just stuck?

It would really depend on what they are, and if they are they boxer or berdan (http://www.pakguns.com/showthread.php?8187-A-very-primary-primer-on-Primers) primed. Can you post a picture of the brass?

You can do some research here. http://cartridgecollectors.org/?page=headstampcodes

After looking they are ones with the Berdan primer pockets. Does this pose a problem?

Berdan primed brass is usually worthless unless you can find some one who is set up for it. If not recycle it.
