For those who follow DARPA's autonomous real time ubquitous surveillance imaging system, http://www.darpa.mil/Our_Work/I2O/Programs/Autonomous_Real-time_Ground_Ubiquitous_Surveillance-Imaging_System_(ARGUS-IS).aspx, the technology is being disclosed to the public for the first time. It's impressive... Let's hope it's not being/going to be used against our own citizen.

Looked at the Quantico pic on the website. Does anyone else think the pic were stitched together? The colors in the water don't match.
