Stolen 7 x 12 atv trailer lic # 141 RHN

Thieves got my trailer sometime between saturday night 1-26-13 to monday 1-28-13
Trailer was South of Dacono Colorado
License number 141 RHN
black with 2 removable ramps... one from back and one from passenger side front.
wooden deck

Several things set this trailer apart
1.swing away jack had bent handle
2. front running lights had been moved from the bottom of trailer to the top 1 on each side
3. brake lights had been added to the back of trailer below removable ramp

4. Rims did not match either 2 had round holes and 1 small triangular or vice versa
rims were white with some rust spare was mounted center front of trailer

It seems that the rim differences are the easiest/most noticible... I keep an eye out, I hate thieves.

Well we are a long way from you but as you might know we build alot of trailers, and get alot of peeps wanting to sell them to us.

Because I had added the 3 Rd brake light below the ramp. I spotted the trailer in Boulder today. Was able to get a plate number off the truck.

These things dont have serial/vins right just plates? Might not be as easy as a vehicle to repossess then show proof to cops after the fact.

Trailer did have a VIN, still waiting for the Boulder pd to call. They were 1 car in front of me on 36 in North Boulder. The brake light that I welded on the bottom gave it right away. No plates on the trailer, the trailer lights were broke and the spare was blown. Boulder pd did say the vehical was registered to the home I followed it to. Guy took off from the home and I was following it until the police told me to stop. Guy did not know I was tailing him.

Guy was driving a pretty nice red 4 door Ford pickup. Lots of fancy chrome. Spent lots of money on it and yet he didn't fix the blown tire or trailer lights. Of course why would he dump any money on a stolen trailer. 5 bucks says he bought it off craigslist.
