I have some one telling me this rifle is made by harodsberg rifle co.

Anyone know anything about it google search doesn't return anything of value

Looks like an AR-7 Survival rifle to me...currently made by Henry

Looks like it was made by Armalite, an Argentinian knock-off, Charter, and Henry.

Used Non-Henry might be worth 125 - 150 in great condition?

I have a Henry-made that I bought couple years ago, it's a piece of junk and I'd sell it to a gun-buyback with no qualms (it won't even load one round...).
