So I was watching dear old Bill O'Reilly last night and he had Megyn Kelly on the program to discuss that 23-year old Cherry Creek School District teacher that put up pot related content and racy pics on Twitter (https://twitter.com/carlycrunkbear)- you can see for yourself. And the way that Bill and Megyn spoke about Colorado really torqued me. Their demeanor and lack of surprise about the teacher talking about getting high and acting like a slut (even though I do find her quite cute) was really disturbing. They acted as if "oh it's Colorado, that's just how they act there..." [Bang] Seriously, I really am starting to not want to live in this state anymore.

I didn't watch it, but have had this feeling/impression from other news outlets about CO, too. I'm actually recognizing their stereotype-assumptions all around me and hold little grudge toward them for it. I am honestly getting very disgusted by the Denver metro area, not just Boulder anymore.

A.) Screw the media. They never get it right anyway.
B.) This teacher and those that support her are the problem. Clearly this is not how an educator should be behaving. She should be fired for misconduct and unprofessional representation.
C.) This state gets more liberal every day. Unless the remaining conservative populous stands up for what's right, you'd better get more comfortable with "the new CO".
D.) What are you doing to aid the effort against the recoculous leftists? Objecting on a forum is one thing. Organizing and getting the word out there are another.

I understand what you mean with regard to the "Oh it's Colorado" attitude. I'm thinking it's simply Colorado's turn in the barrel, because of the recent events. I used to watch O'Reilly before his supercilious demeanor when he apparently felt his vocalized opinion was not enough.

When Froot Loops from other states start rising to the top and are considered to be note-worthy, it'll be someone else's turn in the barrel.
