I picked it up at the range a while back and I am not sure what kind of brass this is, can someone help?
I know it is a crappy pic, but I am sure some of you subject matter experts will know. Has a 53 and 32 on the headstamp.

Does anyone want this brass? Is it even reloadable?

You can reload berdan primed brass, but it takes special equipment to pull the primers, can be difficult to find dies etc for this caliber, and nobody likes commie guns anyway.
Ya, threw that last one in there to liven things up a bit. It is true though. [Muaha]

For all intents and purposes if it's Berdan primed it's not re-loadable. Look in the mouth of the case; at the rear if there's one hole in the center it's Boxer primed and it can be reloaded. If there's two holes off-center it's Berdan and can't be.

Admit it. your just trying to get a rise out of me.[handbags] [Flower] I can load for it but since I have a shit-ton of surplus the only loads I do are XTP's It also is probably is one of the best carbine rounds out there. 85gr, 1950FPS and good out to 300 yards in a package that is the same weight as having 9mm rounds.[Coffee]

Uh, no. RCBS is just one of many that make a berdan primer remover. It can be reloaded. It's just a really big PITA.
