I hope everyone is OK. 6 spawned so far, but more storms are forming. 1 death confirmed so far. Looks to have been pretty strong for a Colorado twister.

Heading should be "Tornadoes", but can't seem to be able to fix it. Pardon my Dan Quayle moment.

fixed it for ya.. no charge...this time ;) 7

Yeah, it was pretty ugly up here. Thank goodness my day care has a basement. My house was OK but a buddy in Windsor has some damage to his house and camper. Again, thank goodness is was his house and not his family.

Sucka

Had a customer come in my shop and tell me about it. I had no idea, turned on the tv and holy crap what a mess. Hope everyone up north and out east are ok.

All we had here in FC was some power glitches and rain.
Some wind but it was minor.

Yeah pretty bad,, now the dumbass media has to get in the peoples face with really moronic ?'s

"What was going thru your mind when you saw your roof get blown off and all your posessions get sucked out of the house?"

I am standing by this tree that was completely knocked over by the winds..
" Did you think the wind could take down a tree that large?"

Just look at all this debri,,, it is simply amazing that you can go from a normal neighborhood to this in a matter of minutes...
Back to you Mike
Thanks what an amazing story...

How about the exciting fox news reporting about how the tornado was strong enough to take someone's trampoline and drop it 3 blocks away....THE HORRA!!!

I was at the Ready Room today with a friend when the radio was reporting a tornado watch for the same area...hope everybody is ok...

Storms are blowing up again. Greeley is under a tornado warning. Another twister touched down about 3:30pm.

Hey I think I mught have an idea for all those FEMA trailers sitting there.....

1. we could arange them out away from residences, to make them look inhabited, and then the T-nado would strike there (we all know T-nados luv trailers)

2. you could dig a big hole drive em in make some steps, amd presto quick shleter below level of T-nado..

One more thing,
I have a friend in the roofing business, here is his post on another board I'm on. He's a Longmont, CO guy....

Just a note to the survivers from a man in the bussiness.
All those storm chasers from Texas are roaming around.
If they are knocking on your door, you dont want them!
They may appear local, but check the Colorado Secratary of State web site. The best sorce to find someones true origin. Rolling Eyes Local phone numbers , addresses, Licences and Licence Plates are not hard to get, it takes about a day.
Most of these guys are gone 6 months after the job! Shocked
Call the insurance agents listed on thier certificates (yes ask for copies)
check the policy numbers, a lot of them are fake. Its tempting to take a cheaper price and pocket some money. But that motivation all goes away after the Lawyers come swooping in, when a worker has been hurt.
