Posting in Trading post posts

Am I the only one who dislikes the fact people have conversations in a trading post for sale or for trade add?

I feel that the only replies in a for sale or for trade add is something pertaining to the actual add other than
"It looks great" and "Should sell quick" or "GLWS the OP is a great guy deal in confidence"
Should be something to the effect of, "PMed with trade offer" or "Second in line if deal falls through" or
"PM sent and no reply and has been 5 days since"

The feedback forum is for the potential buyer or trader to look up and see if so and so is a good person to deal with.

We all know fucking guns are gorgeous and sexy or we wouldnt be in this hobby/lifestyle.

I think the rules need to change to stop the constant bullshit bumps and chit chat. Save it for email or PMs and also
I feel it detracts from the actualy point of a for sale/trade section.

Needlessly bumps adds. Adds should have 1 bump a day at most IMHO. In many other forums there is a 1 bump a day rule or even up to 3-4 days.
Just because someone has this months badass firearm for sale or trade doesnt warrent 15 million people commenting how great it is or how pimtastic the damn thing is.

Other people with adds are getting pushed back a few pages due to this nonsense and a lot of folks do not venture past page 1 maybe even past page 2 to view active adds.
So then this creates a person not getting the proper exposure they are wanting on here.

No issue to me. I admit to doing stuff like that for people's ads if they're a pal and I think it's a good item and a good deal. Gotta be pretty much all 3. The top ad gets seen by the most lookers.
