I thought TULA Ammo was all made in Russia or one of their close by Baltic countries. I had just heard that TULA Ammo is also now made in ITALY. Was just shown a box of .45ACP, brass cased ammo by TULA Ammo that had printed on the box, "Made in Italy". Was really good looking 230 grain ball ammo. Don't remember the price but am wondering if it is berdan or boxer primed. Anyone know??
Oh, this was seen at a Walmart. [blaster]
Italy is socialist. I could see that.

Gotta' love it.
Perhaps they are in cahoots with Fiocchi?

Thanks Gman. I checked out that web site and see that the .45ACP are boxer primed however there is no mention of those cases being brass. The .45ACP's pictured on that site are still steel cases.

Steel case berdan primed.
Well Jim, the TULA .45 ACP's that I saw we're definitely BRASS cases so I still don't know if berdan or boxer.

Fire off a round. I have some brass cased tula/wolf etc com bloc stuff that's definitely berdan primed. Yet teh PPU (privi) 5.56 is boxer, go figure. Guess it depends on who they contract the components out to. Jreifsch80's the go to guy on eastern EU shit.

Hey Jim. Glad to hear that the PPU 5.56 is boxer. Just recently picked up a couple boxes of that stuff. Certainly nice looking ammo.
