Anybody from here packing heat at the Greeley culvers today? Black leather holster. This was the safest place in town haha!

I've seen people open carry at different Culvers around the state.

Another perfectly timed thread! There is a Culvers a few blocks from me, and I was wondering if they are good. I've never heard of them, but was a little turned off by the drive-thru. Thoughts?

Your taste buds will most likely enjoy it and be appreciative, but your arteries will absolutely hate you for eating there!

Culver's is awesome. FAntastic burgers, fries are good, the root beer is theirs, and the shakes and custard are amazing.

yeah, you won't have to eat rest of the day.

There's a relavent saying... "There's a website/app for that"

Here is a user updated website you can add the good and bad places to OC and CC
http://friendorfoe.us/map/

There are a couple apps out there that do they same thing, I just haven't tried any.

Butterburgers rock!

If anyone ever loses a bet and has to be in Green Bay, WI. check out one of the Krolls (west or east). Their hard roll butter burger spanks Culvers.

What happened? It's slow because they make everything MADE TO ORDER FRESH, I love that aspect! NO OLD COLD SHIT like McD's, etc. So frequently the drive-through has a wait during peak times. A little pricier than McD's/Wendys/BK, etc. but worth it. Try the Winsconsin White Cheddar cheese curds, second only to the ones from A&W! The onion rings are awesome, crispy batter-friend, not crumb-coated. They actually do a good basic burger with all the fixings. Good fish & chips too. Don't like their crinklecut fries, not my thing. Unfortunately they're a couple blocks from my house so they take lots of my money, lol.

Service is excellent. Seems they specifically hire very friendly polite kids, kinda like Chick Fila, IME anyway, YMMV.

Huh, didn't know there were any Culvers out here. There is one in my hometown in Michigan that I always make sure I stop by at least once when I am back visiting family.

Not sure about Colorado but in Wyoming any 'no guns allowed' sign or policy doesn't hold much weight. I was more or less told by a local detective to just carry everywhere anyway. Even if you are caught or get into a defensive shooting, if the officer would even choose to write you up, it would just be a trespassing misdemeanor. Not serious and nothing that affects firearms ownership. Also this would be after you were called out on CCW, violating policy, and then refuse to leave the property.

In Colorado it's the same. Such signs don't hold any legal ramifications and the most they can do is ask you to leave and then charge with trespassing if you refuse.

Nothing happened, I've never been there. I meant that I was turned off by the drive-thru because I figured if it was just another fast food place, then it was no big deal that I had never been there. I guess I'll give it a try.

Went to Culvers. Had the mushroom swiss and upgraded to cheese curds. Pretty good stuff. Here is what I saw while I was there.

Where? Might be my buddy Chris. His is matte black w/ red pinstripes on black wheels. But not those other red trim pieces. I'll have to ask him. It's pretty quick!

Just north of 92nd and Washington in Thornton. This one didn't even have plates on it.

Ok, that's the other guy. There's only a couple of matte black GT-R's in Colorado so far.
