I have been on a kick lately and decided that was wanted to get rid of the nasty black rubber grips on my revolver. I picked up some Badger grips. The quality is far above what I expected. This man does some quality work. It was hard for me to tell these were two piece grips when I got them in.

The pictures don't do them justice at all. Bad lighting. Its a stainless pistol and it looks a bit gold. The grips are a nice deep red with a high polish. A little shorter than stock but wider so they fill the hand better. I haven't had a chance to shoot it with them on but it definately feels better than the stock grips. It definately looks better.

Yep. I've had a couple of sets. Very nice grips. I even find them to sort of help "tame recoil" because they fill my hand so well.

I am trying to talk myself down from buying a set for a Red Hawk. I will probably give in soon enough unless I can find something better.

I was able to get out to the range for a couple of hours. I got to spend a little time with this revolver. I like these grips way better than stock. Even though they are shorter they are way more controllable than the stock grips. I was concerns that my pinkie finger has to curl under the pistol. It is freakishly comfortable. They feel great. They are smooth and the grips don't snag my clothing at all. I'm sold.
