I have a IT few positions in ND.

First is a SysAdmin I position, basic Desktop support role based in the Watford City area (could live in Williston).
This will pay well (65-75), include a company truck, full benefits and might include some relo help for the right person.

Second, Sysadmin II, some desktop support but also Cisco networking (WAN, LAN), VOIP and some VM and Microsoft Server and SAN work.
This will pay well (80-95), include a company truck, full benefits and might include some relo help for the right person. Locations are more flexable but still in the oil patch (Dickinson, Minot, New Town, Stanley, Watford, Williston, Belfield, Killdeer or general region.

These are will an established Oil Producer, not a driller or other transient. Long Term position with training and growth option but... It is way up north and cold. If you have lived at these latitudes and want to go back please let me know.

If interested send PM, I will respond with corp address.

There is that. I was learned in the Ways of the North and now I don't feel so bad about my pay. :)

It's all about availability. Go work in the ME and see how underpaid the North Dakota rates are. :)

Yeah, being that it's a frigid wasteland definitely makes it less appealing... Home/Property prices up there aren't as low as I thought they'd be either, so it's a fair market salary overall.

The latitude does play into the situation, thus why I stated that I want someone from up North who knows what this is about. These are good positions with lots of up side in a still free state working for a top oil company in the region. Great benefits, good pay and reasonable boss.

Pay is based on the market, they start Walmart cashiers at 17 per hour.
