This a true "Run and Gun" 3-Gun-Most all of the stages are multigun and there is Will BE alot of challanging shooting.

CMG has been going this for the last 8 years, and locally we have shooters come across the nation and the prize table is awesome.

In the past we have had and will continue to have the BEST team stages EVER-Teams will be physically challanged and will shoot at least 100 rounds through 3 different types of guns-Teams are made up "all agency" and "mixed gency"-So, if you don't have a team you can jump on one.

This year there will be donated flash bangs and smoke grenades for the Team Stage.

Just to give you an idea in past years teams have run, shot, jumped and fallen over a 300 yard course.

K. Neal has shot this match and has nothing but good things to say about this match, and has won it multiple times.

Correct. Up until this year it has been LE only.

Dont forget the previous weekend is the Johnson 3-Gun match in Pueblo. 9 or 10 stages of all multi-gun.

Actually, it just occured to me that June 28th is the Lake George Tactical 3-gun match. I guess I'll be in Lake George , so I wouldn't have been able to shoot this match anyway.

-Place in the TOP 5 overall
-place in the TOP 5 in the TEAM qualification
-Conform to all the LE rules stated
-Bring a TEAM, ONLY for the TEAM shoot and see what you can do

If none of these conditions are met, you hear by give permission to put on a WORLD CLASS match and we ALL can shoot some dirt with you.

If Point Blank Body Armor (PBBA) and the Int'l Brotherhood of Police Officers (IBPO) want to put on a LEO-only 3-Gun match for whatever reason, that's their prerogative because it's their money. They have CMG staff administer the match (a "shoot" is blasting) because we put on a challenging and fair match.

The way I figure, since CMG was founded in 2006, we've run over two dozen "local" 3-Gun or multi-gun matches open to the public in addition to four major (PRTC, CGINVMG, IBPOx2, and next week it'll be the Steel Safari).

How about this offer Ryan. The weekend before in Pueblo there is a 3-Gun match. If you shoot it and finish in the top 25% of your division, I will refund your match fee for that match. I will then make sure you and your "firepower" will be allowed to compete in this match, and get you in this match for free. In short, I will pony up $295 in match fees.

Why is it the guys that don't shoot competitivly and would not shoot the match any way have the biggest problem with the LEO / Military only matches ? If you don't like the rules maybe You should put in some work and run a match with Your own rules .
It's not about making noise and shooting dirt real fast it's about making hits.
The last thing that comes to mind is a quote from Zak " I have no patience for internet dirt shooters . "

I'm glad that you guys finally opened it up to Military. I was kinda bummed when my buddy, a Pueblo LEO who also in my Reserve Unit brought me all the information about this shoot. Concern aroused when I found that it was only for LEO's, So he called up the main guy to see if I could shoot in it. But Since I was a Medic and not a MP I got the axe. Hopefully spot will still be open when I get back from NTC around the 10th or so. And also stop checking the internet with my phone :). I'll deffenintly be there, if theres still room that is.

I'm just not fast enough to compete and I know it but sounds like it would be fun to watch. I know the LG 3-gun is Saturday and I'd like do that just for the practice (someone has to hold up the low end of the bell curve :D) but that leaves me free on Sunday to help if they need manpower.

Nonsence. Get out and shoot. Long as you're safe, no one is going to give you a hard time for not being in the top 10. For plenty of people this is the only match they shoot all year.

Jimmy and the whole gang from Colorado Multi-gun put on an awesome match.

All the different departments/agencies got to meet each other and share ideas/thoughts and just hang out.

It was a very difficult and physical match.

Congrats to Match Winner ADA K. Neal from AZ and 2nd and 3rd place went to local heros Rhodes and Ragulsky.

I hope it goes again next year.

Join the Military or become a cop. This is the first year they let the Military in.

All the Range Officers were given the opportunity to shoot it if they wanted.

It was a cool match. Had a good time doing the RO thing. Never had that opportunity at a large match. I'm hoping the footage from Zak's helmet cam came out alright.
