Great video, I've loved Good Eats since its first season and his other shows have been fantastic too. Not sure what it was about 35:40 that struck you particularly.
I'll watch it when I get home. I have several episodes on my DVR saved and I record each day's rerun on food network then decide to watch or delete after work.

I prefer the Cooking Channel now. Food Network doesn't actually show a lot of cooking anymore, mostly competitions and crap. Heh, I remember one New Years Eve when my family was clustered around a 13-inch B&W TV to watch Iron Chef because my brother-in-law's mother's boyfriend HAD to watch some stupid college game on the big TV.
I so love Alton Brown.. This is awesome.

Alton Brown supposedly CCW's a 1911 and also owns (among other things) a SCAR.
Also a huge AB fan.

If this is true, then I can safely say I love him..
His FB page used to "like" sliding .45s and Japanese steel.
I have both seasons of Feasting On Asphalt and have about worn them out.

35:55 to be exact. "The dreaded forum"
Not having TV/cable, I haven't kept up with the Food Network. Was traveling a couple of weeks ago and got to tune into FN. There was some lame investigative restaurant show.

Ah, gotcha. "Unfortunately, we've given everyone a voice and most of them are bad." [Beer]
