PM (either of us) for address... Not much of a board room but it has tables, chairs and a white board.

Could do weekdays nights after 6PM-no particular day.
It's a bit a drive from CSprings but I would try make it up there.

Throw out some dates that would work for you; this is where we try and figure out when to meet up. We've got the place, now we just need the time and date. Would sometime next week work for you?

Just pick a date and be FIRM.
If you can have a follow up meeting for those who miss the first one, do a recap and post the notes would help.
You'll never get 100% consensus on meeting times-especially from people who work for a living..

Tuesdays are invariably bad for me due to Scout meetings. I will be helping train new rifle instructors on March 8/9 and probably new RSOs on March 4/11/18.
Best days for me will likely be Wednesdays or all but the first Thursday of the month. Third weekend is usually camping but otherwise Friday and Saturday are open.
Hate to be a pain but ... I can bring cookies ...

Understood! I'm going to leave it to 10mm-man, as it's his office/board room we'd be invading. :) I won't be able to do Wednesday evening of this week, but let's figure a date and time that works for the majority.
Update: Looks like Monday night's right out for me, too.

Hey it's up to you guys! I'll be there.......... Just decide and let's do this! I can lead a horse to water (conference room) but i can't make him drink (show up)...... HA!

Hey this might be a long shot, and it is definitely going to take some work! We are gonna need all the help (and people) we can muster, please come and help vet this idea. It sure would be nice to make a difference and turn this gun grab stuff around. Anyway i hope more people chime in and get on board, were gonna need all the help we can get..........

I'm in, assuming it's a day I can make it.
I can probably round up a buddy or two as well. I know some lawyers and paralegals that might be of help too. I'll see what I can do.

Please do! Grey is available on Thursday day. If we need more than one meeting or several- Day, night, weekend that is fine.........
