Having a gun does not automatically make you safe. Firing it will not guarantee a hit. Hits on target do not guarantee the bad guy will stop. There are bad people in this world. I believe that those of us who can protect those people who can't protect themselves should step up whenever possible. Many of us have elderly relatives. I hope we all do the best we can for them.
Criminals suck. I hope he is caught and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. I pray this woman can find peace to deal with the crime that was committed upon her.

Folks, aside from the fact that many of the comments I've been seeing on the site are just inappropriate (and not just from Ashton), we have a growing number of ladies joining this site which thrills me.
