I must admit that for about 7-9 years, I averaged 8 liters of Diet coke everyday. At the time I didn't notice anything but since quitting cold turkey about 1 year ago, I have noticed quite a bit of things different about my health. Won't gore you with the details but suffice to say, I'm glad I got off the stuff when I did.
Still enjoy a small cup about once a week is all now.
