They, the dems, already KNOW how they are going to vote. They have the majority, why are they even making this effort. It's all for naught. They own the house, so they all know how they're going to vote, it's a done deal. Why waste everyone's time making it sound as if they are even listening to anyone but themselves!

I can't say for sure- but my theory is that they actually think we're just as mentally defunct as the real "winners" that voted for them... Ya know, dumb enough to swallow everything that's fed to us.

Participatory fascism. The last vestiges of 'appearance' and deception. Ever see the movie series, The Matrix? Yup, this is just as real as living in The Matrix. "Follow the white rabbit..." Take the red pill...

I believe they are enjoying the power they feel from the turmoil they are causing. The sad thing is eventually the government both State and Federal is going to bring about CW2. Perhaps they want it? All I can do is hope for a better future but it sure seems bleak. Perhaps we will knock them out of power peacefully before CW2 arrives.

I hope so, because those who elected these f*cks into office are just as responsible... I shall give them no quarter.

Exactly. The modern day fascist party (the Democrats) always will vote against real rights of citizens, but will always support so called rights to keep the population under control like legalization. They're out for power, and armed citizens don't make easy subjects.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that they're uninformed about how banning 30 round mags won't make a difference in crime. All the emails and messages we've sent trying to educate them of the facts are useless. They all know exactly what they're doing and why. I consider Democratic politicians and operatives as disgusting animals committing crimes against humanity. And their voters as useful idiots.

Because they are legally obligated to. I am sure they would much prefer to just promulgate law without having to go through all this work. They obviously know whats better for us -- they should just be able to make decrees.

Obviously there was a LOT of very relevant and intelligent information being put forward on our side, but none of it meant anything to them, as witnessed by who ever said they "high fived" one another. Even ChickenLooper who was a possible turncoat dem that didn't expose his position until after he saw how the other dems were going to react. They have their agenda and don't give a rats ass about intelligent information. If this was about "learning" what might be a reasonable response that could be put forward, then even people that were on the fence would respond to what WE put forth based on rational and non emotional information would change their stance on these issues. Just the fact that (one of them, I don't recall who) said "they are not there yet" and admitted it's an emotional issue, exposed the fact they are acting on only emotional feelings and not facts. This is their way of law making???? They are children and acting as a child would.

Pretty sure it was Fields, the primary sponsor, that admitted that. Would have to dig through MarkCO's posts to find it.

Watching on friday I just had flashbacks of watching it happen in NY last month. Then the simple voice vote cemented my view that this is a farce. In my view the only course we have is to get rid of them and replace them with people that will repeal this crap.

2014 will determine how far the current administration will or can go. IF The R's present a flaccid challenger they're out of the game. If the R's don't promote some buzz word philosophy "undecideds" will latch on to they're done for

IF, no matter who runs against an in play seat looses by a substantial margin. It will say (to me at least) the last 6 years spawned an entire class of people that make the welfare dynasty's look like amateurs.

IF they maintain power, come Jan 2015,we will see a massive attack on gun owners that will make history. The empowerment they are feeling now is nothing compared to what will take place then.

THE ONLY HOPE is mid term elections are low turn out for D's and entitlement's. Hopefully the Outrage of gun owners across the board will see a turn out that overshadows 96.

In. No amount of facts or writing or repealing isn't going to do shit.
