It's a mad house. I did manage to sell a Rem 597 and Maverick 88 pretty quickly. Now to find a 10/22 or a Mosin to fill my empty case.

It was a mad house got there at About 9:30 waited in lin for about 8 minutes. Wasn't too bad until a little after 10, then people were bumping in to each other. The parking lot was full. A lot of over priced ar-15 and AK -47.

PMags all over the board, $30-70 I saw. And no one is buying any. Line for primers halfway down the show hall.

I thought Monday is the final vote on everything 'gun control' for CO. Mag limits, ammo limits, new ccw limits, new background checks, consumer pays background fee... and anything else they try and cram in there

If it passes I believe it still has a ways to go before becoming actual law and it wouldn't take effect until July.

That's kind of what I'm hoping for... then the insane panic over magazines and ammo will die down a bit, but you never know. I hear Magpul might be leaving as well, and to be honest, I don't blame them. Go north, or even a state west, and they'll be welcomed with open arms.

I saw Colt, M&Ps, lots of new ARs on tables for $1200-1700. That is hard to believe.

I sent my Colt AR HBAR to Tanner with a friend today. He sold it, 500rds, and 12 mags for $4000 by 10:00 am. Granted, I love(d) my AR, but for that kind of money, hard to justify keeping it.

Come may & june gun shows they will be over $5K with out BOLT CARRIER [ROFL3]

Monday is the firm vote for the House, then all the bills need to be introduced in the Senate and the process starts again. If the Senate votes for them, then it is on to the gov's desk. There is a lot involved in all these steps, but this is the simple explanation.

The TANNER show was packed and the aisles remained crowded with customers til about 4PM.
We sold quite a bit of everything.
I ran out of my AR Drums but still have two Romanian AK drums and three Glock 9MM drums left to sell.
We are restocking the Colt & AK bayonets Sunday morning along with a bunch of assorted holsters, helmet bags & SKS pouches that we sold on Saturday.
I had very little time to get around and look for items that I would like to purchase!
About the only interesting firearm that came past the tables was a WWII #1 MKIII Lee-Enfield "DP" (Drill Purpose) rifle.
Another Gent picked that up.

I expect Sunday will be busy.

Had a good time at the show today, there were some deals to be had if you looked. Picked up 3 lbs of Win760 powder for $30, also got a decent deal on 8 loose 12ga slugs for $0.25 a piece.

Managed to snag a pink Magpul stock, forearm and grip for the wife's build for $120. That's about the right price even before the freakout. They are going for $250 on ebay. Wasn't as crowded as I figured it would be either but we went early.
