Breaking news is that in a 5-4 ruling the DC Gun ban has been struck down!

About time such simple words are correctly interpreted. Wish I could see the look on the face of the heads of the Brady bunch and other gun banners this morning.

After the horrible decisions they have been making, it's great to see them on the right track, though I find it hard to believe it was a 5-4 split.

The scary thing is that you have 4 justices that either can't read or don't understand their job description. There's a reason there hasn't been a 2A ruling in 130 years. People knew enough to know what it meant.[Ignore]

Then again, when you can make "marriage" mean whatever you want and "it depends on what the definition of "is" is, nothing means anything anymore.
