I just saw a photo of Rep. Rhond Fields (D-Aurora) and Rep.Claire Levy (D-Boulder), these two women have that look that just screams "please don't scare me or say nasty things to me". I don't know about you, but my primal urges come out when I see that look sometimes. With all the anger that they are causing me and us. Wouldn't you just love to come across them in public somewhere and just lay into one of them using the most base foul language just for the sheer enjoyment of that wimpering shocked look on their faces??? Maybe I'm just juvenile, but I can't help it when I see "that" look.

I support you in your endeavor.
I have spoken with her in person twice...you have her pegged pretty well. I used that in my letters to my representatives asking them not to follow an emotional trainwreck but to lead with sober and rational thought. I guess I used words too big for them to understand.

I feel slightly immature but yes I've thought about this exact scenario a hundred times.

I was thinking more along the lines of a cattle prod, but I agree that verbal shock and awe are fun too. I'd love to see their faces
Couldn't do it. Wouldn't do it. My life is built around protecting women and children. Even the stupid ones. Never in a hundred years would I shout at or otherwise attempt to intimidate a woman. I understand the urge, but absolutely, positively not.

I'd rather see them shocked as the gun laws get voted down by senate...

On a side note, did any of y'all immediately think of this when you read the OP?

+1, Now if it was the cattle prod administered by another women as suggested by one (in a prior post) - I would have to just stand there and watch!

Sure, watching is fun but you've got to get involved to really appreciate it.

Tim K, as is mine. It was just a thought, a fantasy, a daydream to amuse. Not actually enact. Nothing serious. Just an amusement while at work.................But....... :-D

Nicely stated Tim.

Would love to tell Fields that has she not been such a shitty mother and properly raised her son perhaps he would not have decided to run around with gang bangers and died because of his actions not the actions of law abiding citizens.
But maybe that's just me.

These women hell bent on stomping your freedoms into the ground.
They can rot in hell as far as I'm concerned. I don't care what gender they are.

I have been wondering what the story is around her son's death. Was he dealing drugs? How was he involved with the folks that shot him? There isn't much on the internet describing the actual events. I wonder if he was killed by someone using a greater than 10 or 15 round magazine. Did that person steal the gun, buy it at a gun show or other private sale? Did they pass a background check?
Not for one second do I think she and her liberal friends in CO came up with all these laws. I am sure this is something coming straight from Obama and the top of their party. They know they won't get these bans at the federal level so their only option is to do it state by state and that is exactly what they are doing.

[2cents]I hope you know I'm just messin' around. We know you are expressing your feelings, not your actions. Being that I'm female, I'm okay saying certain things. Hell, I could get even away with some of the stupid stuff I say. But this lady has something coming to her, even if its just angry words that may make her cry. That's what she gets for getting into the public eye. I risk offensive posts back to me every time I put my thoughts out there, I'm willing to accept that. If she's so sensitive and emotional then she should have thought of that when she took the position she's in. Doesn't matter if it comes from a man or a woman. Kinda like the women who want to go into combat, they don't expect the other guys to feel bad because they wounded them.

This is type type of crap the anti-gunners on the fence will use to help them to decide who to vote for next. Especially if they visit this site. From what I recall her son and his fiancé were murdered to prevent him from testifying. I don't recall the police ever saying that he was in troube with the law. Saying that someone son was murdered as result of their poor parenting is a pretty bold accusation. Facts, history and rule of law should be our recourse when it comes to retaining our gun rights. Not this bs.

While I'm sure on some level her son's death is a small motivating factor for her push for gun control, but I don't believe its the primary motivating factor.
Scratch the surface on any black Democrat politician and you will most likely find a virulent racist that would make a reconstruction era Klansman seem downright open minded and tolerant.
She's pushing gun control laws because she hates Republicans, conservatives and "white good ole boys". She (like most Democrats) is glad to stand on the graves of dead children just to throw a rock at their political enemies and the objects of their racism, bigotry and hatred. In so far as this is about her son, I'm sure deep down inside she believes that somehow "Cracker Ass Rethuglicans" are the ones truly at fault for his death and the bad decisions that led up to his death.
A friend of mine put it real well; "It's nothing more than counting coup in the culture wars".
I have spoken with her in person twice...you have her pegged pretty well. I used that in my letters to my representatives asking them not to follow an emotional trainwreck but to lead with sober and rational thought. I guess I used words too big for them to understand.
The problem is I don't think the other Dems who voted with her are following her, they are being encouraged and following "orders" from Washington. Washington has been counting on Colorado to get the ball rolling on Obama's anti-gun agenda -- that's my theory anyway.
I'd rather see them shocked as the gun laws get voted down by senate...
Keeping my fingers crossed that we'll have that opportunity.
Wouldn't you just love to Shock them
About 100,000 volts at 30 amps would be about right...
