I've made an observation about the three ar-15.co members I've seen in person (Omicron, cjmore, and myself).

All three of us drive bitching cars.

Is this a global trend on this website?

Edit: I have to grant that Omicron's was bitchingest of all.

I will play. Unreliable 2007 Audi A4 Avant (hopefully on its way out) and the real bitching ride is the 99 CBR 600F4. First bike and I love it so far. Hope after I get out of the audi to upgrade to a Harley Nightster and be SUPER bitchin

These days, with rampant inability for most folks to park their cars, that's a pretty bitchin' quality.

'05 BMW 325xi, '05 Dodge Ram 1500... IMO bitchin', some disagree.

My wife's car is worth less than most of my guns.... granted we're looking to buy her a new one in the next 60 days. 1992 dodge stealth with a quarter million miles on it. She and her dad know damn near everything there is to know about that car, and have kept it running well since she was a kid, but I doubt it's worth $500.

Depends on how you define "worth." Can you put a price tag on a child's life? Sure you can go out and buy (adopt) a child, but what is it really worth? My car may be blue book valued at $14,500, but my guns are worth exponentially more than that in terms of my sense of security, safety, and liberty. [Beer]

I have a 2000 F250 that's getting close to 225,000 miles, a 1995 Buick Park Avenue that I drive most of the time, and a 1948 McCormick W9 that was Dads and a 1960 John Deere 5010 that Grandpa bought new...I may not have the fastest, but I'm betting I can outpull most on here. :p

I've got a few(to many) I like just got a new 2012 f350 6.7 diesel long bed crew cab, 1999 f-250 v-10 crew cab 273000 miles, 2003 Chevy 3500 dually , 1992 f250 flat bed, 1995 dodge 1500 and my wife has 2006 jeep commander I think all are bad ass well maybe not the Chevy so much...

I know I have this badge, daily driver is a '95 Dodge Neon with 135k miles and SOHC Auto... I paid $200 for the car, with a rod knock- I probably have $600 in it after getting it roadworthy..
In my defense, I started this project because my oldest daughter liked my last neon, but didn't want a stick, I've been driving it to work the bugs out until she gets her license (which is taking longer than I hoped).

Yes my airport car is a 1979 Horizon.
I thought I was roughing it, winner, winner, chicken dinner (driven one of those before)... That year, it had to come with the 1.7L VW engine... 75hp?

My other vehicles include a 2001 Honda Shadow Sabre, 1997 K2500 Suburban, 1998 12V Cummins 2500 Dodge Ram with a flatbed, and a 2007 Charger 5.7L hemi (former CHP car), and a 1980-ish Mitsubishi MT250D tractor.

I have taken an oath to never buy a new vehicle in Colorado after Ritter bent over consumers with his FASTER (deeper?) TAX.

i have a company vehicle... soon to change to a 2011 ford f-350 diesel. i haven't bought a drop of fuel for my own use in about 6 years ;) my wife on the other hand.... i doubt her car is worth as much as my nagant revolver hahaha (yes we plan to get her a newer car)

06 Nissan Titan LE with mod's.... I get about 11.5 City, 14.5/15 highway.
08 Mazda 3S GT .... Gets 28.5 City, 30/31 highway
79 CJ7 (For sale) .. Gets 0 MPG.... bad tranny, so it can't drive
09 Can-am Sypder with mods ... Get's 35-42 MPG depending on how much HOONage

I saw them online back in 2008 and wanted one, but forgot about them for years. 2010 rolled around and they started getting "popular" and I started seeing TV ads for them. I went down to the local stealership, put 6 miles around town just toying with it. Couple months later flew out to MO and rode almost 1000 miles back with a smile the whole way. LOVE IT! it's nothing like a motorcycle, some day's I do miss my old 2-wheels.

I happened onto an old revolver that is worth more than all of my vehicles combined. I purchased it at a garage sale for $125. It is now in a museum for display. For vehicles, 04.5 GMC Duramax, an 89 F-150, 03 Jeep Grand Cherokee and a 56 Chevy step side truck.
