With the pending magazine capacity limits, I've made the move to start ordering magazines for firearms that are on my wish list.

Ditto...I'm looking at an XDM and trying to find mags but ughhh what a pain. Hell, finding mags for the +15 round guns I currently have is a PITA.

To add to the difficulty, I refuse to purchase from Cheaper Than Dirt, even though they have magazines for weapons I want.

I Started this the day after Christmas... placed 4 backorders that day, and so far I've gotten 3 mags for my Caspian "hi-cap" frame.. .38Super mags with 21 rounds capacity each- and I haven't even bought the parts to build it yet... thinking I should order at least 3 more mags along with the parts to build it. I want to build it as 9x23mm Winchester, with a 9x19mm barrel, and a 7.62x25 barrel (same slide will work with all 3)
I was almost going to do it as 10mm, but heard of problems with 10mm in Caspian mags, and then figured out 7.62x25 would work with the same slide... so now I just need to finish my BOM and order parts.

I've thought of ordering some PPsh drums, for an 2XTM AK build that has been in the back of my mind for a while...[AR15]
but I haven't even started to look where they may be...

I got a couple banged out, but it's time for me to move on a future M1A procurement. Damn, gonna have to give a kidney up for it, but I gotta make it happen. I f**ked up and didn't move on 1 in this forum back before the name that shall not be mentioned got back in the office of the president.
