On my hunt for reloading gear I've been reading a lot and researching and trying to find the right equipment at the right price...and somehow in stock.

And I came across a very simply, inexpensive and apparently well liked scale..

4/5 with 142 reviews and for that price, sounds too good to be true.

Good to hear.

I'm still trying to find a good Powder Measure.

Any suggestions?

I use the Lee Perfect powder measure and the Lee safety scale. They work well, are inexpensive, and easy to find. I do not like digital scales for the most part.

Yep...thats the one I have been using for the past couple of years...works great. Mine started to act flakey(the tare weight would start to creep). It was trying to tell me it wanted fresh batteries. Replaced batts, re zeroed...back to perfect.

That is the same one that I have and I like it too. It does need to be calibrated frequently, and it will drift if you leave it sit with something on it, but all in all it is dead on with my other scales and it is much faster.

I used that scale for a while, it's not too bad, but whatever scale you do purchase, please get yourself a good set of check weights!! You'll never know if your scale is accurate or not unless you weigh something that has a known weight. And you'll want to use various weights, as some scales are accurate with heavier weights but inaccurate with lighter weights, and vice-versa!!

Here's what I'm talking about: http://www.midwayusa.com/product/493216/rcbs-standard-scale-check-weights-605-grains
