What is the legaly of concealed or open carry in state parks and state wildlife areas?

100% legal if you have a CCW as long as you carry concealed open carry is a no go.

I guess I should have thought a little more before I posted. State wildlife areas and state parks are very different. State parks are as I posted you can conceal carry but no open. State wildlife areas are another matter many of them allow hunting so you could open carry as well as hunt. You need to contact the state to find the specific rules for that area.

To give you an example I hunt some state trust land out side of Shawnee on this piece of property no hi power rifle hunting is allowed but since I muzzleloader hunt it's ok.

State wildlife areas and state trust each have their own rules you need to contact the state and find out what rules apply to that specific piece of property.

Most state parks do not allow hunting and have a general rule of no firearms, However if you have a CCW it is legal to carry a weapon for self defense just no open carry.
