I know this has been discussed before but I finally got to ordering a bunch of Heirlooms Seeds off the internet and picked up a bunch at a local store. I vacuum sealed them and plan on placing them in a chest freeze. Is this the best way to store them for long term storage or is there a better way?
Define long term before I answer the question

5+ years or so saving
As long as you have no power outages you should be fine.
After 5 years in the freezer some seeds of less hardy plants will have less germination rate but at worst id estimate %80.
