The below story is mostly true.
KUSA - Police have captured all three suspects, including two who fled on foot in a Parker neighborhood after firing at officers multiple times.
Police identified the suspects as 23-year-old Clifford Galley, 19-year-old Gwen Devilbiss and 24-year-old David Vasquez.
Police told residents to avoid the area of Clarke Farms subdivision near Lincoln Avenue and Jordan Road. A CodeRED emergency mass notification went out to 3,000 phone numbers over a one mile radius.
According to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office, just after midnight officers were attempting to contact a suspicious vehicle in Castle Rock near the Taco Bell off Plum Creek Parkway. The sheriff says the suspects fired shots at them before leaving the scene and heading north on Crowfoot Valley Road and into Parker.
Police say the suspects dumped the vehicle and fled on foot near the area of Jordan Road and Jordan Court. They were found and arrested by Saturday morning.
One officer suffered minor injuries when the suspect vehicle rammed his patrol car. Devilbiss was also injured, but her condition has not been released.
