Coast is under DHS yes, but in times of potential war, Coast Guard will fall under the Navy.

Yeah, it's enough to make your head spin, huh? CBP, TSA, USSS, ICE, FEMA, CG.... I understand CBP, ICE, CG, and USSS staying, so dissolving the DHS would really just need to be done to rid us of TSA and FEMA... [Coffee]
