View Full Version : The Cartel as scene in Texas and Arizona
Watch this NRA video!
Border Security
Powerful Video you should see produced by the NRA (National Rifle Association)
For those of you who may not know, Sheriff Larry Dever, white cowboy hat and blue/white checkered shirt is the long time sheriff of Cochise County . Sierra Vista is the largest town in Cochise County . Cochise County is huge and borders Sonora , Mexico . The bald-headed guy is the Sheriff of Pima County. Tucson , AZ , is in Pima County .
On Hwy 8, going from I-10 north of Tucson, thru Gila Bend and on to CA has a sign warning drivers not to stop or pick up hitchhikers because so many are illegals who have illegally come across the border from Mexico. They can be Mexican or of any other foreign country.

I wish the videos were more about the story .. and not about slamming Obama and pan handling for the NRA.. I think the story could have been told better without Obama this Obama that . tell the story of whats going on .
yes get your NRA bit in at the end but it just felt wrong I guess ..

I didn't see it that way at all. An intro by the NRA, and a wrap up by the NRA. Everything in between was about the problem and focused on the need for Americans to have a means of protection. Bottom line, Obama's in charge and he's had several years to do something about the problem. The only thing he's done is apologize to the Mexicans and try to blame the problem on gun owner's.
If the video had been produced by someone else, I'm sure the issue would've been focused elsewhere. But this is about 2A freedoms being challenged when we need those freedoms more than ever.
There is also a new "Stand and Fight" campaign out by the NRA with several videos on YouTube. Some are very powerful. I like them.

Growing up in AZ,I can you this stuff is real and has been a problem since I lived there in the 70's and 80's.. I remember going to a ASU/UofA football game and stopping into a rest stop in the middle of the night to use the bathroom on the way back to Phoenix and opening the stall and seeing to headless corpses in it. An image I will never forget.

After watching a couple more of them .. I realized they were made pre election .. they are campaign videos basically .. so they way things were said makes much more sense now .
