The timing is never right for me. It looks like I'll make it to the Clear Creek shoot this Saturday. Previously I had discussed how my duty rig requires a flashlight to be attached to the gun for the holster to retain the gun. You all had given your approval of letting me shoot as an "outlaw" because of the rule against adding flash lights.

I looked on the web site and saw the match this Saturday will be the Classifier! Doh! There's no Outlaw division for the classifier!!!!

Perhaps I'll just bring a different gun...hmm...revolver? 1911? What to play with?

**UPDATE**

I bought a kydex holster for my duty gun and took the flash light off. While I won't get the practice with my duty gear, at least I'll get practice with my duty gun! See you all tomorrow.

Of course when I go back to work I'll have to put the light back on, but that's no big deal.

seems like you could still shoot outlaw..just that your score would not be sent into HQ for classification..

Shoot with your duty rig. Good test of skills. We don't care what you shoot with, at least your out with us having fun.
