Got a message from Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday, but was out of town and was unable to check voicemail until today. Picked up my CWP card this afternoon. :D The only holster I have for my G19 is an OWB Fobus, so now I get to save a little and get a belt and start trying holsters (ugh). I'm sure I'll go to WalFart and get some nachos when I get everything sorted out eventually. ;)

Just wanted to share, since it's been in the plans for so damn long.

edit: Application went in on May 13 and card was ready on August 5th, so over a week less than 90 days. Not bad, especially since I was hearing that they were full up and taking 90 days plus to process.

brian - i have some holsters for you to try out since i have a box of holsters for my G23. belt wise, you are on your own since i am almost twice your size. give me a call if you still have my number.

it will help you out in deciding what holster you want to buy.

For some ideas, this is my favorite. I've tried a boatload of holsters and didn't like something about them.

Really comfortable and conceals very well. It's a Tucker Texas Heritage made for the G19/G23 but it handles my G36 as well. I also have one for my 1911s.
