Question. For those of you who received partial orders did magpul only charge you for the orders that were sent? I'm waiting on about 15 mags and had an authorization on my card for the full amount until about 2 days ago. Then it dropped off and a charge for the mags that were shipped appeared. I'm just worried I'm not going to get my full order?

yes they only charged for what was sent, and magpul posted yesterday to be patient, all partial orders will be filled they just got overwhelmed. copy and paste below.
The Boulder Airlift program has been even more popular than we anticipated. The number of CO residents wishing to exercise their Constitutional right to standard capacity magazines has been somewhat overwhelming. As we've stated before, we're not very agile in shipping individual orders from the HQ, so please bear with us. We've added shipping stations, added CS, and we're still a bit behind.We've added phone lines as well, but call volume for all reasons has been exceptionally high. We've delayed much needed expansion due to the uncertainty around our current location, so please be understanding about our longer than usual response times.
Your order WILL ship if you received a confirmation. If you received a partial, you WILL get the rest of your order.
For our customers in the rest of the US, we are still shipping to distribution and retailers, and thanks to some added capacity, pretty much in the same volumes as before starting the Boulder Airlift program. It's the shipping and the processing that is the limiting factor for the Airlift program...not production.
We've got even more capacity coming online soon, but WHERE it comes online will depend on Gov Hickenlooper's actions on HB 1224.
One more thing we'd like to add...the Boulder Airlift program is meant to get magazines to CO residents who want to have, keep, and use standard capacity magazines. Please do not abuse this program by ordering magazines if you have the intent to resell them.

I was only charged for what was shipped.
Buuut, I received my backordered items today. Yesterday I was charged for the back ordered gen 3's and today it wasn't on my online statement. This happens with my phone bill every month too so I think it's just something with my bank (Wells Fargo).

:D shipment order numbers that are different than order numbers. Those ship order numbers are pretty useless in the thread.
Ordered mine on the 4th, they charged my card on the 14th and they were waiting on my front porch when I got home from a business trip this past Satrday the 16th.

Has anyone that ordered stickers or shirts with their magazines received anything yet?
Ordered stickers with my order of 15 mags on 3/3, got the whole order on 3/8.
My wife ordered 10x Gen2s and a women's t-shirt on 3/7, no shipping confirmation yet.
Conclusion: I don't think the contents of the order matter. They are just overwhelmed by requests right now and getting them out as fast as they can. Patience, Danielson.

So this is odd. When I placed my first order I was only allowed to order 5 total mags, so I did. After it arrived a placed a second order for 10 more to bring me up the the allowed 15 total. The second order had 3rd Gen mags, and it shipped yesterday. I know others, including my Brother, have placed orders for 3rd Gens earlier than me(the 9th) and have still had them called backordered. I have no idea how they are deciding who gets what.
I am at two weeks and nothing for me. I got the order confirmation but each day the FedEx truck passes by at 1600. I wait patiently.

Wife ordered an hour after me on the 6th. Her first partial order arrived 3/15. Her back order shipped today. I have seen nothing. Maybe it's the sticker I ordered that is holding things up :D

Pretty close to my and my wife's order numbers that were placed on 3/6. I had sent in a request on Monday morning via the webpage Contact link to follow-up on it and see if maybe it had fallen through the cracks. Was/am a bit concerned about that as I have been seeing the GEN M3 orders being filled from after this date. Thought the email had fixed the problem when a box arrived the following night, but it was my son's order he placed from college and had them shipped home in case of delays on filling the order went beyond the school semester...plus there was the concern of getting the box through the campus mailroom. I didn't realize until I opened up the box that it was his order. He had placed a day later than both my wife and I. So...still a bit concerned about my wife and my orders. They are just sitting there in the system. My card has never been charged. No reply back from Magpul. I'm sure they are busier than a one armed paperhanger, but...
Maybe it's because I bought a hat? not trying to be funny but got the package today. Just trying to keep the thread updated.

I have all mine now. I did NOT get a shipping notification on back ordered items.
It took 3 weeks to get my order. The gen3 mags were on backorder and they notified my. They also sent shipping notifications for my orders. A total of 15 mags.

Doesn't seem to be any systematic order fulfillment from viewing weeks worth of order data. I suspect they print out the received orders and those sheets move forward to fulfillment based upon production...and there is no preservation of FIFO queuing from that point forward. Just have to wait for the various order sheets to rise to the top...

Just got a notice from magpul that my order has been cancelled because my billing address is in Denver. I've already received half of my order though so it was only my BO stuff. Anyone else have this happen. This was my "Wifes" order and we used the same card. I got my entire order. Doesnt make sense.

You are correct. They had everyone reorder because of a mistake with the ordering software being updated. Magpul did give you a 10% discount code for your hassle. If you ordered you were re-inserted by into the que at the same spot. I do think they changed the quanity you could order of each mag.
I placed my order on 3/13 and still no word other than the confirmation.

I wanted to keep a running list of SHIPMENTS so people could see they are currently shipping orders in the 18XXX range etc.

Order Placed on March 6.
Yesterday I saw a charge pending on my account, so I hoped it was my order...although my wife placed the same order about an hour after I placed mine on March 6, so we could not tell which order was in the process of being billed. This morning...the charge dropped off my account...? So...I am hoping something is in the works. My son placed the same order on March 7 and received his magazines about 10 days ago.
Second half of my order showed up via. FexEx today. Five GEN M3 PMAGs.
The first shipment arrived within a week of the order and the backorder stuff got here in exactly one month. MagPul is an amazing company!

Ordered 3/13; 5 Gen 3, 5 MOE, and 5 SR25.
All but the SR25 mags shipped on Sat., and should have them tomorrow. Honestly, I thought they'd be here today.
I'm becoming increasingly frustrated with Magpul. They charged me for the back ordered items in March. I received nothing. I emailed them early last week. I have not heard back from my email. They just charged me for the back ordered items again and I have received nothing. I have now been charged twice for items I have not received.
I've been on hold with their customer service for 25 minutes now. I called in and it said I was number 15. Now it says I'm caller 14. They say to email customer service with order problems... I did that and have heard nothing in over a week.
got my back-ordered LR308 mags last Thursday (a month or so after ordering), still waiting on the back-ordered M3 mags

Just got this in response to my order I placed on 3/11/13. Tried logging in and cannot find the Special Purchase section to order, what gives?

still nothing for me. I ordered a long while back a d then got an email saying Gen3 were back ordered. That was the last I heard.
Ordered 10 moe and 5 window on 4/7. Order confirmed 4/8, shipped today!
Order Received! Had Ordered 5 of the Gen M 3. Order March 6, Order #189XXX, Received April 11. Wife had placed her order (same 5) that same day and received the same day. Son had placed his order the day earlier and received almost two weeks ago. Pretty much confirms my thoughts that they print out the orders upon receipt and those papers might get shuffled around a bit as they await backordered items. Everyone hang in there!

Had to send them a note about my wife's cancelled (lost) order.
Card was charged the 13th for the cancelled March 11 re-ordered April 1.

I ordered March 3rd, I called and changed my address, I logged in and updated my shipping address, and today I received shipping notification to my old address. WTF? I have been on hold as of this post for 2 hours 31 minutes and 17 seconds.

Side note here, sorry to not follow the posting guide lines, but....
I placed an order with magpul way back when this first started. I never once got a shipping notice until today!
Funny part about it is I have received everything but my 308 mags. My AR15 mags came in 2 different shipments that randomly showed up at my place. The shipping notice I received today was telling me my order shipped on 4/4/13, I got that order on 4/5/13. Moral of the story is I got a shipping notice 2 weeks after my mags were delivered!

I'm a little confused.. They are obviously overwhelmed but I really can't remember if I got both shipments or just one... Will have to check my receipts! That's when you know your order too much stuff!!
Still waiting on my back ordered Gen 3 mags from March 6th. I called their customer service early last week to discuss and spent 4 hours on hold only to be told that they would be shipping any day.....

I was not charged for the order i recived weeks ago until i got my shipping notice. I think they are just getting the mags out as fast as they can and have a back log on the paper work side of things.
