Well, so far, SB13-197 & SB13-195 have passed... (SB13-197 is relatively unknown, makes domestic violence offenders give up and/or sell any and all firearms they own within 24 hours of being incarcerated/charged - BEFORE they are found guilty. What happened to due process???)

I'm more than a little perturbed... [Bang]

voice vote passed. final vote on monday. voice vote was expected to pass, as even if the 'nos' are louder, the chair/leader will say the ayes have it.

Easily challenged and won't survive an appeals process.

The gun transfer bill is a clusterfuck, completely enenforcible and Un-Constitutional, just listening to the woman explain the commitee report is painful.

Not sure who is speaking now (missed his intro) but he is speaking very well as to why the Revolutionary War happened and the Constitution was written.
