I just bought one of these and my knowledge goes as far what the brochure states. Obviously it's Bulgarian made, but what I can use in aftermarket stuff that is compatible. It seems like Romanian AKs have the good aftermarket stuff and just how Yugoslavian rifles seem to have different stuff going on for those. So what out there I can and can't use in my rifle? Also any quips or praise about this particular rifle is also appreciated.

Leave it the way it came and shoot the shit out of it. The only mod i did on mine was to modify the mag well and install a magnolia state armory, allowing use of pmags.

as far as aftermarket parts anything that will fit an ak-74 will work (meaning furniture, side rail optics, rails)

That probably won't happen. I just like messing with everything I own, its just how I am. It would be like asking a retard to not go be a politician or something like that. Definitely gonna be shooting it a shit ton but I will most likely end up tinkering with it too though.
