I was just thinking about how poorly written this ban on mags is.
(2) (a) "LARGE-CAPACITY MAGAZINE" MEANS A FIXED OR
DETACHABLE MAGAZINE, BOX, DRUM, FEED STRIP, OR SIMILAR DEVICE
CAPABLE OF ACCEPTING, OR THAT CAN BE READILY CONVERTED TO
ACCEPT, MORE THAN FIFTEEN ROUNDS OF AMMUNITION OR MORE THAN
EIGHT SHOTGUN SHELLS.
What I'm seeing is that a "BOX" is considered a large capacity magazine. Does this mean we can no longer buy ammo in boxes larger than 15rds, does this mean any cardboard box capable of holding more than 15rds is illegal? And "DRUM" crap I'm glad I don't play in a band. Think of how many rounds a base drum would hold, holy crap. A "FEED STRIP" are we banning the food court at the mall, just saying.
