Hi all!

I am a CCW holder, and my wife was (expired, she's in the process of renewing), and I have a question. She owns a retail shop and we were wondering if she could carry concealed inside her place of business without a CCW. So long as she doesn't leave the premises, I would think this would be OK, but I am not sure. Reading the statues that I could find didn't help. Hopefully this will be a null issue in a few months - she has an appt. next month, and I hear it's currently a 6-8 week wait.

She owns a S&W model 36 that she likes, but we seem to have lost her IWB holster. I am thinking she might be happier carrying my LCP 380 and I already have a CrossBreed for it... we'll see!

Thanks!

Steve

Her business, her rules.

Yes. It is legal for her to carry inside the shop concealed.

Provided she has a lease or owns the property, then answers #2 and #3 would be correct. If that is not the case, then there are gray areas since she is not domiciled there and answers #2 and #3 might be erroneous.
