Help with understanding Forum-Speak

While I can usually decipher everything folks post, there are 3 phrases (forum-speak) that I'm drawing a loss on; these are:

btt
+1
bump

Can anyone help this old timer with understanding this crazy lingo you use?

btt = bump to the top (just posting something to get the thread up in the list of threads, often used in classifieds)
+1 = I agree/me too
bump = see btt
