I put a healthy amount of Sweat Heat BBQ before I rolled it. I just put a small amount on top as a glaze as it nears perfection.

I've got a fantasy football draft in May that I'll smoke a couple fatties for. Anything weaved in bacon is delicious.

OP, that looks delicious. You can never go wrong with bacon!

About a month ago looking for bacon at WalMart for a recipe. Being the cheap bastard that I am and knowing it'll be chopped into little bits, I'm looking for the inexpensive stuff. I found a big pkg of bacon ends or pieces or some such thing and figured we'd try it out (lots of pieces of bacon and really cheap). It worked great and we had plenty of uncooked bacon pieces left over. Looking at the remaining bits I got an idea to make a real bacon cheeseburger. My idea is to get a meat grinder and grind the bacon down into ground meat and turn that into hamburger patties, but from bacon instead of ground beef. Whereas a normal bacon cheeseburger just has some strips of bacon on the ground beef patty, this one will be made of bacon. I keep forgetting to borrow my buddies meat grinder to do this, but some day.....

The question I have is this: I live about 5 minutes from a hospital, but an ambulance will take 15 minutes to get to me. When I have my coronary from the real bacon cheeseburger, should I call 911 or have my wife drive me to the hospital?

Last summer one of the cooks on the foodie shows my wife watches made a meatloaf like that. The wife copied the recipe off their web site and made it a few weeks later.

I will never eat regular meatloaf again. That thing truly is "Da Bomb".

Praise the pork gods.
