There is a decent long term hotel beside the Loaf N Jug on Airport and Powers. Also there is one near the General Mail Facility on Fountain, I'm guessing 3/4 of a mile west from Academy. They rent out by the week or month. I don't know the cost, and only can Guess, but I think the one on Airport is called AmericaInn.

Long term motels are usually rip-offs. I am staying with a friend for now on the west side, there are a ton of these long term motels and they charge to the extent of an expensive 2-3 bdrm apartment per month.
