Should I continue my search for a glock 17 or 34? Or, should I just give up and save my money, or just buy mags?

i gave up and picked up a lone wolf barrel for my G22 to shoot 9mm.

Just bought a G17 FDE off gunbroker brand new for 560 ish. If your having a hard time finding one, its a good place to look. I used to hate GB but they now probably have the most reasonable prices. There is a shop by my work that has a gen 3 G17 as well for i think $600. THey were assholes though so i didnt pick mine up there.

I am on a waiting list for one at blue label prices, i am just not sure if I need a fullsize 9 however.

Standing in Liberty Arms right now in Fort Collins, they have a Gen 4 G34 for $619.99.

yeah, that is what most of my disposable income is going to right now. I already have 3 17 mags

Where can i find such ammo? all i have shot in the past 3 months has been 22 and my issued weapon.

Exactly, why would you want to buy another firearm that you can't shoot because of lack of ammo. Last time I was at Tanner, you could still get 9mm, inflated prices but still available.

Because I anticipate the ammo shortage easing up eventually, mag ban not so much.

Buy all the firearms and mags you want but without ammo they won't do you any good. I would rather have 1 firearm a few mags and lots of ammo, rather than multiple firearms lots of mags and no ammo. As far as the mag ban goes, G19 mags are becoming more readily available so buy a few, but I would rather stock up on ammo.
