Thanks to New England & Carolina we'll have a 50/50 chance to be on top of the division if they can beat the Raiders Monday night. It won't be easy. They'll be fired up for Gene Upshaw and the Broncos will have their hands full. G U was 63 years old when he died and he wore #63 for the Silver & Black. It just goes to show (when your numbers up, Your numbers up) Gene was a great guy off the field and was a monster with a mean streak on the field. Jay Cutler's lucky he'll never have to face him on the Grid Iron. RIP #63 G U & Go Broncos!

I'd say at 41 to 14 they were black and blue, and red in the face. :) Eddie Royal and Cutler made them their bitches.
Oh and I didn't have to spit on any windshields. Had one bad tipper who still thinks it's the 80's and a buck is a decent tip. But otherwise good customers. And I got home in the 1st quarter so I didn't miss much of the game. And I sold 1 pair of my tickets for $154 so I gave her $5 off shipping since the bidding went higher then I expected, and then 30 minutes later I got an email I won $500 from the contest at coloradobizbuzz.
So last night was one big pile of happy on top of happy.
p.s. Raiders suck and now there's proof...41-14 :)

I can fully understand the "not a football fan" statement as I'm not a sports fan at all (although I claim to be a Chiefs fan. Yeah, yeah, get off me already - I grew up in KCMO and we had season tickets to the Chiefs back in their hayday [the era of Len Dawson, Willie Lanier, Bobby Bell, Ed Podolak, and Jan Stenerud - look it up]).
HOWEVER... thinking that this thread was about Ford Broncos? My friend, you have an addiction and need to seek help immediately.

More sweet revenge for Coach Mike! Al Davis looks like he's got one foot in the grave[Help]. The Broncos looked good all around and I don't think anyone got hurt. It was great to rub it in at work. I've got a Raider fan that loses his but more often than not, another $50 down [ROFL1]. Fun game! I'll be at the San Diego game this Sunday. Hope it's another Bronco Win! Go Broncos!

Ever think about forming the official co-ar15.com fantasy hockey league? I know it's cheesy but Yahoo runs free private leagues. Since I'm an AV's fan, an honest AV's fan and equal opportunity offender, I think they should have traded Stupor Joe while he had some value maybe three years ago and picked up some good prospects.
My wife and I were at the Bronco game today and we had a great time. We were pumped and wanting revenge from last year. Time for Rivers to eat crow. I hate that guy and all his smack talk. What comes around goes around.[Neene2]
The 12th man was really rockin the house and I think it played a big part on the (W) we got today. The Chargers defense couldn't stop Cutler and the Bronco Offense. I know there was a couple of bad calls, but that's the NFL for ya. Sometimes they go your way and sometimes they don't. We as fans can only cheer on our teams and hope for a favorable outcome. I loved the 2 point conversion! When he was going for it I had to explain to wifey why he was going for 2 instead of kicking for one. I told her I'd like them to win or lose now, instead of going into overtime since our defense couldn't stop them the second half. Nice weather for the game too. We didn't even need to wear our jackets.
Broncos by 6 !!! Saints 24 / Broncos 30, Jay Cutler's on fire and the Saints defense is banged up. I think the Broncos "D" will be much better this week at stopping the run and I hope (Champ & his posse) will be able to calm down Drew's threat to a slight BREEZE! Finally found a Broncos bar here in Seattle!
One of my co-workers is a Raiders fan. We have been talking about the game all weekend. I told him that beating the Raiders is like going hunting at the Zoo.

Although I may not post too much I still check in on you guys weekly. Tim, I entered the dark side and bought a Krautmobile. It was to good a deal to pass up. I ended up selling my Jeep to a guy here who was moving to Denver (LOL).
I may be back in Colorado for good by the end on summer but for right now the money is too good in Seattle.

Wow! I didn't see that coming. I would of thought they were going to shake up the Defensive staff. The Broncos will be hard pressed to find anyone that the Denver fans will except. I think it's going to take a person like John Elway or Rod Smith to fill the void left in Denver's Coaching staff, but I doubt if either one would take on the job. [Toile2]

I think Pat has had his dickbeaters in the team for too long, needs to let mike and his coaches do their job.

Well, I kind of have too disagree with some of that.. Toss out the Elway years and the '05 season... What did He do? Had it been any other owner than Bowlen, Shanahan would have been gone a long time ago.. At best He has been a .500 coach for the last ten years..
Reeves was a better coach,, How many SB's did Reeves take them too without any talent other than Elway? His only problem that the lack of talent got exposed in the SB's.. Had Reeves won 1 or 2 of those, I'm sure that He would have enjoyed the godlike status that Shanahan did..
Compared to other owners in the NFL, Bowlen was very hands off.. Which I think was the problem..

as much as I like Elway, I think he's ridden off into the sunset as far as the NFL is concerned...
btw, IIRC, Elway took a cut in pay his last couple years so they could spend money on new/better players and pat was going to give him a share or an "IOU" type agreement.. what ever became of that?
