Doesn't really have anything to do with anything. Just ran across it and kinda sums up how lazy people are becoming. Man I miss the 60s...NOT!

I may get rocks thrown at me for this, but young as I may be, I love most of the music of that generation. The Doors and Emerson Lake and Palmer were my top picks. The Moody Blues and Pink Floyd as well. Even Hermans Hermits. I used to fall asleep listening to "Riders On The Storm" on endless repeat when I was a kid, and have all of the Doors albums prior to "LA Woman" (where he obviously went further off the deep end and kinda ruined it for everybody).

I'm just helping you get in touch with your inner geezer, Alex.

I was in a liquor store buying an adult beverage yesterday and the little sign at the counter said, "Your birthday must be before 03/18/1992...". FFS...I was your age in 1992. I'm gonna just sit in my chair so I don't break a hip today.

Hey....Moody Blues and Riders was some good stuff. I was more of a Merle Haggard guy myself growing up in TX.

Here's another one. My sister played this song constantly.

Basically identify that song with the second half of Full Metal Jacket.

I actually preferred Petula Clark (not just Downtown, also Don't Sleep in the Subway or Windmills of Your Mind), The Association, Fifth Dimension, etc. to the Doors or Moody Blues.
