View Full Version : Magpul mags getting easy to find
I've seen lots of guys (not here) selling 5 of each mag. Sorry to see Magpul's good will misused. Either way more mags on the streets. My friend that is recently into ARs got his air lift pack and is thinking of doubling his money. Funny thing is before his Magpul purchase he only had six mags. Does he think 16 mags will last him till he leaves the state? Assuming he doesn't sell his Boulder airlift mags.

Exactly you will go through 7 barrels for every mag you low through. Good luck finding enough ammo to put through those mags.

Why wouldn't they?
Any real CO-resident "flipping" from the MAGPUL "Boulder Airlift" should be f'ing deported or held accountable here.

My preference is way more drastic....
If the media had their way, magazines would all be one-time use.

My comment was sorta tongue in cheek. I'm thinking Magpul did you a solid, just keep them. Most of us have way more mags than we need anyway. Does a Pmag float?
If the media had their way, magazines would be filled with cement.

x2, and they kind of asked the same on their FB page.
They could've just kept filling backorders all over and let the chips fall where they may for CO, but they did the entire state a solid, first by giving us mags, secondly by giving the legislators many thousand middle finger salutes with the project.
I am considering buying some and I don't even own an AR.

Agreed. Anyone who bought the magazines and then turned around and sold them at a profit betrayed the trust that Magpul gave them. If those people who bought them only to turn them had done the right thing maybe the backorder situation wouldn't be so bad.
Does a Pmag float?
Not when they are loaded. Damn boat accident

Buy mags for everything you might sorta kinda maybe want to buy in the future.

I know some folks, bought them without even owning a AR15, but have placed orders for their guns. Also thinking they might be worth selling a couple if needed in the future.
I bought a couple to support Magpul, and didn't really need to buy any more. Not planning on selling any.

You should, its helps support an awesome company!
Playing devils advocate:
Why not sell for a profit, everyone seems to be selling 700.00 AR's for 1500.00 or more, capitalism at its best. It pisses me off but to each their own.........cheers!
