Search Recommendation Pop up when submitting a new post

Mods,
I have a crazy idea! If someone has less than 500 hundred posts, when they submit a new thread, they should get an extra pop up that recommends they use the search function before they can finally submit it. I have no idea what the work/coding would take so making suggestions is easy!

Note: I used the searched function with "pop up." Using the term "search function" well....you can imagine.

Isn't it more fun to shame people for not using the search feature? (Says the guy with less than 100 posts).
