Cool to watch, but realize the ONLY real fasteners on that Jeep were the lugnuts. That thing isn't safe to drive over a couple hundred feet. Still a cool show.

Are you saying you wouldn't jump it at 45 mph then?

Well, ya could. Take video when you try.

That vid has been around for a while. Still fun to watch.

Have you ever seen a Top Fuel Dragster/Funny Car between rounds? They tear them apart and rebuild the engine and clutch in about 45 minutes. They have 75 minutes between rounds to do all that and fire the engine, set the clutch, and check for leaks. Its organized chaos.

We can do the same in Alcohol P/Mod.

Before they changed the rules I believe the rednecks could swap an engine in less than 10 min and that was 70's tec.

Pfft...in the 70's there was only a few bolts, a throttle cable, a wire, and a fuel line to pull.

Heres how to remove a modern engine...

I've seen drive shafts changed in less than 10 minutes, front axles replaced in 15, and engine swaps in 25, all by garage racers, but I've never seen a team of guys tear down and rebuild a jeep in less than 3 minutes before. That was pretty cool.
