If I had to choose one .45 give me a Glock. Hope you got the SF version.
Nice weapon. I they weren't a bit large for me to shoot comfortably I would probably have a 21 and a 20.

I probably have the smallest hands, and I use my G21sf for duty use. I went through the academy on a G19 and shot really well. I moved to the G21sf when I was on my own and I shoot just as good, just cant get them out of the barrel as fast as the G19. I won't be switching to another gun.

Not a SF model. My carry is a G19. Gonna take some getting used to
G21 feels almost too big for my hands, but it doesn't seem to affect my shooting. I tried the SF, but I didn't notice a difference. Handles the .45 round well.

I'm excited. Think I'll like it.
Large framed glocks are too big for my small hands. All mine are the smaller framed 9/40
My 21SF was a very smooth shooter and accurate. I would recommend the SF model over the standard model for most people.

Man I'd like a 21SF sometime in the future!
I just bought a 21 last week and love it. My other Glocks are a 17 and 26. There is a subtle satisfaction when shooting the 21. Not snappy like the 9mm, more of a push. Fwiw, The Glock 23 recently nudged out the 21 on Glock's FB contest.
I hated both of the ones that I had. I hated the G30's I had also (liked them a little more after I did work on them).

Here's what I did to the 3 of mine:
put on the hogue condom
changed out the barrel and put on a lone wolf (shooting lead out out of em)
get the arredondo mag extensions so that you have 18rd mags
change out the sites and put on a decent fiber optic set or night sites.
Now, when I run reduced recoil loads, i swap out the springs...
I like running 225 TC's out of mine, it smacks steel like none other.

Want to get a good set of adjustable sights. Any recommendations? And a good place to get it done.

Here's a list from midway...

Glock sights are easy to put in, get a sight pusher off of ebay, or a good brass punch...use youtube if you can't figure it out...

I've always shot my 45 Glocks better than my 9mms. I actually sold my G21 to fund another project. Bad idea. I eventually bought another one.
The 45 Glocks have a octogonal barrel while all the other models are hexagonal. I think this helps my accuaracy.... or not.
My favorite Glock mod is the grip force adapter. I have giant hands and this allows me a better grip. It also slightly adjusts the grip angle to something closer to a 1911. A must for all my Glocks. Best part is they're cheap. This plus the Houge wrap around makes a Gen3 G17 fit good enough.

My favorite sights are TruGlo TFOs.
Enjoy that 21, great gun.

God for bid you drop your gun and break them, seen it happen and in my world it is possible so I just have glock night sights.

even if you managed to break the fiber optic tube you would still have the housing of the site plus the trituim cell...... but if your getting shot back at on a regular basis by all means go with whatever your comfortable with :D i would probably just stick with reg glock NS if i was...but for daily carry these are the tits
also would like to add these really helped me pick up the front site way faster during the day and at night then my xs big dot or the factory glock NS
edit:
how i modded my glock 30
tfos
ghost rocket 3.5# trigger
wolff spring kit
tungsten guide rod
lightend striker with extended nose(stopped the light strikes i would get with tula after i installed the spring kit)
titanium firing pin safety thinger
grip is shaved and stippled
its fast but i can run a stock glock 19 faster....if i was to buy again i wouldve gone that route but i love my 30

if you really practice, you will find you very rarely use sights on the up close and personal scenarios.
