Im not complaining I orderd 5 window and 5 gen 2 non window and they ended up sending me 10 window. Anyone else get something like this

I ordered 5 and 5 and only got my 5 non-windowed. Haven't seen or heard anything about the rest.

My order came in two parts, but was exactly what I ordered. I never received a shipping notice for the first order, Fedex just showed up one day.

Me too. I was wondering "what the hell" and then a box showed up with 10 mags in it. Got the remaining 5 on Friday.

Let's see, they're spinning up operations in another state to produce their first mags out of CO within the next 3 weeks, trying to figure out how to handle their 200 employees and having to lose down production lines and terminate leases in CO ... I think I can forgive them for not keeping me apprised of the status of my order ...

Got all of mine.
First order was 5 in a box, then got the remaining 10 last Friday.
They did send me an email saying that they were shipping my last order.

Ordered five on March 5, got an order number and confirmation back but nothing delievered, no subsequent email. Some one here suggested I reorder, so I did and that was Friday. So, now I have two orders in and after three emails to them, can't get thru on the phone, I have no idea what is going to happen. Just hurry up and wait. Ho..Hummm........

Magpul is used to shipping pallets of mags, not little boxes with 15-25 in them. They went from only a relative handful of distributor and direct customers to 50K+ direct orders? They have hired people just for this cause as well. Something to keep in mind.

Patience as they are taking care of us here. I got my GEN 2's and am expecting my Gen 3's today so all in all we have very little to bitch about.

If you read the info they put out all orsers will be filled. Just have to wait sometimes they are splitting them up. I saw some people orderd 15 and got 20 some.

Waiting on gen3 as well. No biggie either way, I have plenty of mags but more never hurts
