http://www.calgunlaws.com/nra-crpa-fflguard-oppose-san-francisco-proposals-to-ban-hollow-point-ammunition-and-require-registration-of-ammunition-sales/

mandates the reporting to local law enforcement of all ammunition sales over 500 rounds within 24 hours. The second proposal (http://www.calgunlaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/File-No.-130040.pdf) seeks to ban the sale and possession of hollow-point ammunition and all ammunition manufactured specifically for law enforcement and/or military use–whatever that means.

Whatever...it all blows. I won about $800 in prizes at Superstition...Now Surefire won't ship the magazine I won because I live in CO, even though there is no law prohibiting it until July 1. Cert is "non-transferable" to boot.
