About all these hit and runs?
At least 2 a week for the past few months.
carried out by Hi cap vehicles.
Seems like 2 a day! I'm surprised nothing has been introduced to stop these assault vehicles.
I am wondering when he will assault TABOR

They are probably all high as a kite on their way to the gay bar.
Ive commented about it to Hickenlooper in emails, his FB and in general comments on articles. It won't happen because you can't vilify the car owners. It's too broad and it'll only piss off ALL constituents (well, at least all the irresponsible, freebie wanting dem voters). They talk about a craigslist loophole for guns yet ANYONE can buy a car off CL without proof of insurance, driver's license or even an ID. They can drive off, run someone over and no way to track them. Why not make all car purchases be done at a dealership and every transaction must have a background check? Replace "firearm" with "automobile" and copy/paste their laws. But again, won't happen because of the types of people it'd effect.

I see it as part of the breakdown of personal responsibility mentality that is rampant in society. Way to many people are content to be taken care of and have grown up being told nothing is their fault.
Illegals with drivers licenses and no insurance, sanctuary cities and states, legal dope, I can't imagine why there are so many hit and runs.

Ya know....... I'm ok with it. Let them all get funneled into a consolidated, metropolitan lump. Let the cities turn into one homogenous ghetto. Then let them implode when the first hint of disaster strikes. (Like entitlement freezes, food/gas shortages, flu pandemics... all stuff that rural folks know how to handle and press thru.)
Gonna be amusing when the chollos realize that wearing oversized watches, listening to Kid Frost, and smoking reefer aren't relevant survival skills in a disaster situation.

Perhaps it's glaucoma? I know I often have trouble seeing a large object coming at me before I step out in front of it.

It's not a big deal. According to my "neutral" friend, cars aren't needing regulation because their only purpose isn't killing. It's just an unintended consequence.
